बाणवृष्टिभिरुग्राभिर्यमो ग्रसनमर्दयत् । कृतांतशरवृष्टीनां संततीः प्रतिसर्पतीः । चिच्छेद शरवर्षेण ग्रसनो दानवेश्वरः
bāṇavṛṣṭibhirugrābhiryamo grasanamardayat | kṛtāṃtaśaravṛṣṭīnāṃ saṃtatīḥ pratisarpatīḥ | ciccheda śaravarṣeṇa grasano dānaveśvaraḥ
ਉਗ੍ਰ ਬਾਣ-ਵਰਖਾ ਨਾਲ ਯਮ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਪੀੜਿਆ; ਪਰ ਦਾਨਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਪਤੀ ਗ੍ਰਸਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਨਾਲ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਿਉ ਦੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਦੀ ਅਟੁੱਟ ਧਾਰ ਕੱਟ ਸੁੱਟੀ।
