प्राप्य स्वभवनं देवानाजुहाव सवासवान् । अहं यियक्षुर्यूयं मे यज्ञसाहाय्यकारिणः

Transliteration

prāpya svabhavanaṃ devānājuhāva savāsavān | ahaṃ yiyakṣuryūyaṃ me yajñasāhāyyakāriṇaḥ

ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਾਸਵ (ਇੰਦਰ) ਸਮੇਤ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ: ‘ਮੈਂ ਯਜ੍ਞ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ; ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਇਸ ਯਜ੍ਞ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਬਣੋ।’
