अपुत्राश्च मृता ये वै येषां नास्त्युकप्रदः । तेपि तृप्तिं परां यांति मधुस्रवसि तर्पिताः
aputrāśca mṛtā ye vai yeṣāṃ nāstyukapradaḥ | tepi tṛptiṃ parāṃ yāṃti madhusravasi tarpitāḥ
ਜੋ ਨਿਸੰਤਾਨ ਮਰੇ, ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਕ-ਪ੍ਰਦ (ਰਿਵਾਇਤੀ ਸ਼੍ਰਾਦ੍ਹ-ਦਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ) ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ—ਉਹ ਵੀ ਮਧੁਸ੍ਰਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਰਪਣ ਨਾਲ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪਰਮ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
