तर्पणं प्रत्यहं कार्यं भर्तुः कुशतिलोदकैः । तत्पितुस्तत्पितुश्चापि नामगोत्रादिपूर्वकम

Transliteration

tarpaṇaṃ pratyahaṃ kāryaṃ bhartuḥ kuśatilodakaiḥ | tatpitustatpituścāpi nāmagotrādipūrvakama

Translation

ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਕੁਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਲ ਮਿਲੇ ਜਲ ਨਾਲ ਤਰਪਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਤੇ ਪਿਤਾਮਹ ਲਈ ਵੀ, ਨਾਮ, ਗੋਤ੍ਰ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ।
