Transliteration

dharmormivāhinī dhuryā dhātrī dhātrīvibhūṣaṇam | dharmiṇī dharmaśīlā ca dhanvikoṭikṛtāvanā

Translation

ਉਹ ਧਰਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਹਰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਭਾਰ ਢੋਣ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਧਾਤ੍ਰੀ—ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ—ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ-ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਧਰਮੀ ਤੇ ਧਰਮ-ਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਰਲੇ ਸੀਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੁੱਕੇ ਉਜਾੜ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
