पुरुषाणां त्रयीं ध्यात्वा स्नानं कुर्याद्यथाविधि । दशाक्षरेण मन्त्रेण ये पिबन्ति जलं नराः
puruṣāṇāṃ trayīṃ dhyātvā snānaṃ kuryādyathāvidhi | daśākṣareṇa mantreṇa ye pibanti jalaṃ narāḥ
ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਤ੍ਰੈਈ ਵੇਦ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਨਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਨਰ ਦਸ਼ਾਖਰੀ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਲ ਪੀਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਧਰਮਸੰਮਤ ਵਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
