Transliteration

káḥ svíd ekākī cárati ká u svíj jāyate púnaḥ | kíṃ svíd dhím asya bheṣajáṃ kím vā́vapánaṃ mahát ||

Translation

ਕੌਣ, ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਕੇ, ਇਕੱਲਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਚਲਦਾ ਹੈ? ਅਤੇ ਕੌਣ, ਨਿਸ਼ਚੇ ਹੀ, ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ? ਇਸ ਹਿਮ (ਠੰਢ) ਦਾ ਔਖਧ ਕੀ ਹੈ? ਅਤੇ, ਨਿਸ਼ਚੇ ਹੀ, ਮਹਾਨ ਬੀਜ ਬੋਣ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਹੈ?
