Transliteration

tṛṇādiśivamūrtyaṃtaṃ viśvakhyātiśayakramaḥ | sannikarṣakramavaśāttayoriti parā śrutiḥ

Translation

ਤ੍ਰਿਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਿਵ-ਮੂਰਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਿਆਤੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠਤਾ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ; ਪਰ ਪਰਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੁਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੀਵ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਵ—ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇੜਤਾ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਨਾਲ ‘ਇਦੰ-ਭਾਵ’ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
