शुक्रनिग्रहः — The Seizure/Neutralization of Śukra (Kāvya) and the Daityas’ Despondency

Transliteration

tataḥ kolāhalo jātaḥ pramathāsurasainyayoḥ | tena śabdena mahatā śukraśśaṃbhūdare sthgtiḥ

Translation

ਫਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਮਥਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੁਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਹਾਂ ਕੋਲਾਹਲ ਮਚ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਭਾਰੀ ਗੂੰਜ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਕ੍ਰਾਚਾਰਯ ਵੀ ਘਬਰਾ ਗਿਆ—ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ-ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਵਟ ਰੁਕ ਗਈ।
