अन्धकादिदैत्ययुद्धे वीरकविजयः — Vīraka’s Victory over Andhaka’s Forces
हिरण्यनेत्रात्मज एव भूपश्चक्रे महाव्यूहमरं सुकर्मा । संभाव्य विष्णुं च निरीक्ष्य याम्यां सुदारुणं तद्गिलनामधेयम्
hiraṇyanetrātmaja eva bhūpaścakre mahāvyūhamaraṃ sukarmā | saṃbhāvya viṣṇuṃ ca nirīkṣya yāmyāṃ sudāruṇaṃ tadgilanāmadheyam
ਤਦੋਂ ਹਿਰਣ੍ਯਨੇਤ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਾਜਾ—ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮੀ ਸੁਕਰਮਾ—ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾ-ਵਿਊਹ ਰਚਿਆ। ਵਿਸ਼ਨੂ ਨੂੰ ਯਥੋਚਿਤ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ, ਉਸ ਨੇ “ਤਦ-ਗਿਲਨ” ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਅਤਿ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਵਿਊਹ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
