अनरण्यसुता–पिप्पलादचरितम् / The Episode of Anaraṇya’s Daughter and Sage Pippalāda
स्वयं प्रदाता सर्वेभ्यः सुखदुःखवरान्क्षमः । सम्पदं विपदं यो हि नमस्तस्मै शिवाय हि
svayaṃ pradātā sarvebhyaḥ sukhaduḥkhavarānkṣamaḥ | sampadaṃ vipadaṃ yo hi namastasmai śivāya hi
ਜੋ ਆਪ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸੁਖ ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਵਰ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਧਨ-ਸੰਪਦਾ ਤੇ ਵਿਪਤਾ ਵੰਡਦਾ ਹੈ—ਉਸ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਨੂੰ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ।
