Sukta 7.83
यत्रा नरः समयन्ते कृतध्वजो यस्मिन्नाजा भवति किं चन प्रियम् । यत्रा भयन्ते भुवना स्वर्दृशस्तत्रा न इन्द्रावरुणाधि वोचतम् ॥
yátrā naráḥ samáyante kṛtá-dhvajó yásminn ā́jā bhávati kíṃ caná priyám | yátrā bháyante bhúvanā svaḥ-dṛ́śas tátrā na indrāvaruṇā́dhi vocatam ||
ਜਿੱਥੇ, ਹੇ ਨਰਾ, ਲੜਾਕੂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਧਵਜ ਟਿਕਾ ਕੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ; ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਟੱਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਯ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ; ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸ੍ਵਰਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ (ਸੁਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ) ਭੁਵਨ ਵੀ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਬਦੇ ਹਨ—ਉੱਥੇ, ਹੇ ਇੰਦਰ-ਵਰੁਣ, ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਧਿ ਵੋਚਤਮ੍: ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਥਿਰਤਾ ਤੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਚਨ ਟਿਕਾਓ।
