सत्वा भरिषो गविषो दुवन्यसच्छ्रवस्यादिष उषसस्तुरण्यसत् । सत्यो द्रवो द्रवरः पतंगरो दधिक्रावेषमूर्जं स्वर्जनत् ॥

Transliteration

satvā́ bhariṣó gaviṣó duvanyásac chravasyā́d íṣa uṣásas turaṇyásat | satyó dravó dravarás pataṅgaró dadhikrā́vā íṣam ūrjáṃ svàr janat ||

Translation

ਬਲਵਾਨ ਸਤ੍ਵ, ਸਮ੍ਰਿੱਧੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ, ਗਵਿਸ਼ (ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼-ਗਾਂਵਾਂ/ਕਿਰਣਾਂ) ਦਾ ਖੋਜੀ—ਇੱਛਿਤ ਸ਼੍ਰਵਸ (ਯਸ਼) ਜਿੱਤਦਾ ਹੈ; ਉਹ ਉਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਹੈ, ਗਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਰਣ੍ਯ (ਅਤਿ ਤੇਜ਼) ਹੈ। ਦੌੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚਾ, ਦੌੜਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਦੌੜਾਕ, ਪਤੰਗਰ (ਪੰਖਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਉਡਣਹਾਰ)—ਦਧਿਕ੍ਰਾਵਣ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਊਰਜਾ, ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਵਰ (ਅੰਤਰ-ਆਕਾਸ਼/ਅੰਤਰ-ਦਿਵ੍ਯ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼) ਉਤਪੰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
