Indra’s Chariot Offered to Rāma; The Duel Intensifies
ततश्शरसहस्रेणराममक्लिष्टकारिणम् ।अर्दयित्वाशरौघेणमातलिम्प्रत्यविध्यत ।।।।
tataḥ śarasahasreṇa rāmam akliṣṭakāriṇam |
ardayitvā śaraughena mātaliṃ pratyavidhyat ||
ਫਿਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਦਾ ਅਕਲਿਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੀੜਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ, ਘਣੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਝੁੰਡ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਤਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
