viśvāmitro yayāv agre tato rāmo dhanurdharaḥ |

kākapakṣadharo dhanvī taṁ ca saumitrir anvagāt || 1.22.6 ||

Translation

ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਚਲੇ; ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰੇ ਧਨੁਰਧਰ ਰਾਮ ਤੁਰੇ, ਅਤੇ ਕਾਕਪੱਖ-ਧਾਰੀ ਧਨਵੀ ਸੌਮਿਤ੍ਰੀ ਲਖ਼ਮਣ ਵੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਨੁਸਰਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਗਿਆ।
