भरतस्य मातृसदनगमनं कैकेय्या दारुणवृत्तान्तकथनं च

एवमुक्ता तु कैकेयी भरतेन महात्मना।उवाच वचनं हृष्टा मूढा पण्डितमानिनी।।2.72.47।।
evam uktā tu kaikeyī bharatena mahātmanā | uvāca vacanaṁ hṛṣṭā mūḍhā paṇḍitamāninī || 2.72.47 ||
ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਭਰਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਮੂੜ੍ਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਡਿਤ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੈਕਈ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ ਆਖੇ।
