O magnanimous Rama, your nature is divine and you are true to your promises. You are omniscient, all-seeing and wise.
Dharma is framed as fidelity to truth and vows: moral authority arises from unwavering commitment to satya and wise discernment.
Bharata praises Rāma’s qualities to strengthen his resolve and to argue that such a person should not be shaken by misfortune.
Satya (truthfulness/keeping promises) together with buddhi (wise judgment) as the marks of an ideal prince.
