कच्चिदार्यो विशुद्धात्मा क्षारित श्चापरकर्मणा।अपृष्ट श्शास्त्रकुशलैर्न लोभाद्वध्यते शुचिः।।।।

Transliteration

kaccid āryo viśuddhātmā kṣāritaś cāpakarmaṇā | apṛṣṭaḥ śāstrakuśalair na lobhād vadhyate śuciḥ ||

Translation

ਕੀ ਕੋਈ ਆਰਯ, ਵਿਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਆਤਮਾ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਚਿ ਪੁਰਖ—ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇ ਅਪਕਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਠੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ—ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ-ਕੁਸ਼ਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਲਾਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾ, ਲਾਲਚ ਵੱਸ, ਅਨਿਆਇਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ?
