Transliteration

kaccij jānapado vidvān dakṣiṇaḥ pratibhānavān |

yathokta-vādī dūtas te kṛto bharata paṇḍitaḥ ||

ਹੇ ਭਰਤ! ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੂਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਐਸਾ ਪੰਡਿਤ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਦੇਸ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਵਿਦਵਾਨ, ਦੱਖਣ, ਸੁਹਿਰਦ, ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਹੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੋਵੇ?
