iti śrībṛhannāradīyapurāṇe pūrvabhāge prathamapāde sṛṣṭibharatakhaṇḍaprāśastyabhūgolānāṃ varṇanaṃ nāma tṛtīyo'dhyāyaḥ || 3 ||

ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਹੰਨਾਰਦੀਯ ਪੁਰਾਣ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਵਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ-ਵਰਨਨ, ਭਾਰਤਖੰਡ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਭੂਗੋਲ-ਵਰਨਨ’ ਨਾਮਕ ਤੀਜਾ ਅਧਿਆਇ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ।
