Adhyaya 82 — The Rise of Mahishasura and the Manifestation of the Goddess from the Gods’ Tejas
सोऽपि क्रुद्धो धुतसटो देव्याः वाहनकेशरी ।
चचारासुरसैन्येषु वनेष्विव हुताशनः ॥
so 'pi kruddho dhutasaṭo devyā vāhanakeśarī / cacārāsurasainyeṣu vaneṣviva hutāśanaḥ
ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੰਹ-ਵਾਹਨ ਵੀ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਯਾਲ ਹਿਲਾਉਂਦਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਵਾਨਲ ਦੌੜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਅਸੁਰ-ਸੈਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਵਾਂਗ ਫਿਰਣ ਲੱਗਾ।
