क्रकचैः पाट्यमानस्तु क्षुरधाराभिरप्यधः ।
अन्धे तमसि दुःखार्तः पूयशोणितभोजनः ॥
krakacaiḥ pāṭyamānas tu kṣuradhārābhir apy adhaḥ |
andhe tamasi duḥkhārtaḥ pūyaśoṇitabhojanaḥ ||
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਚੀਰਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਉਸਤਰੇ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਧਾਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਫਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ; ਘੋਰ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਦ ਨਾਲ ਤੜਪਦਾ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਪੀਪ ਤੇ ਲਹੂ ਹੀ ਸੀ।
