Ethical governance teaching; complements vaṃśānucarita ideals of kings but is not itself sarga/pratisarga/manvantara/vaṃśa-focused.
‘Protection of beings’ can be internalized as protecting the ‘beings’ (faculties, tendencies) within; right inner governance yields a ‘share of dharma’—stability and clarity.
