Adhyaya 15 — Karmic Retribution: Rebirths After Naraka and the King’s Compassion in Hell
श्वा शृगालो वको गृध्रो व्याडः कङ्कस्तथा क्रमात् । भ्रातृभार्यां च दुर्बुद्धिर्यो धर्षयति पापकृत् ॥
śvā śṛgālo vako gṛdhro vyāḍaḥ kaṅkastathā kramāt / bhrātṛbhāryāñca durbuddhiryo dharṣayati pāpakṛt
ਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਕੁੱਤਾ, ਸਿਆਲ, ਬਗਲਾ, ਗਿੱਧ, ਸੱਪ ਅਤੇ ਕਂਕ ਪੰਛੀ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਮਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਾਪੀ ਭਰਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੰਘਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਐਸੇ ਜਨਮ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
