बाढमेवं करिष्यामि यथा मे भाषते भवान् | इमां हि रजनीं साधो निवसस्व मया सह
Transliteration
bāḍham evaṁ kariṣyāmi yathā me bhāṣate bhavān | imāṁ hi rajanīṁ sādho nivasasva mayā saha, vidvan |
Translation
ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ, ਮੈਂ ਓਹੀ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਹੇ ਸਾਧੂ, ਹੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ! ਇਹ ਰਾਤ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਟਿਕੋ। ਸੁਖ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰੋ; ਫਿਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨਚਾਹੇ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਲੇ ਜਾਣਾ।
