अव्यक्त-गुण-पुरुषविवेकः | Avyakta, Guṇas, and Discrimination of Puruṣa
वणिक्ययथं द्विजं क्षत्रं वैश्यशूद्रांस्तथैव च । दानं च विविधाकारं दीनान्धकृपणादिषु
vaṇig yathāṁ dvijaṁ kṣatraṁ vaiśyaśūdrāṁs tathaiva ca | dānaṁ ca vividhākāraṁ dīnāndhakṛpaṇādiṣu ||
ਕਦੇ ਉਹ ਵਣਜਾਰੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਅਤੇ ਖੱਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਤੱਬ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੈਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੂਦਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਅਪਣਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦीन-ਦੁਖੀਆਂ, ਅੰਨ੍ਹਿਆਂ, ਕੰਜੂਸਾਂ ਆਦਿ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਨਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦਾਨ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
