चक्षुःपूतं चरेन्मार्गं वस्त्रपूतं जलं पिबेत् सत्यपूतं वदेद्वाक्यं मनःपूतं समाचरेत्

Transliteration

cakṣuḥpūtaṃ carenmārgaṃ vastrapūtaṃ jalaṃ pibet satyapūtaṃ vadedvākyaṃ manaḥpūtaṃ samācaret

Translation

ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਰਾਹ ਹੀ ਤੁਰੇ। ਕਪੜੇ ਨਾਲ ਛਾਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੀ ਪੀਵੇ। ਸੱਚ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਬਚਨ ਬੋਲੇ। ਅਤੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰਮ ਕਰੇ।
