व्यपोहनस्तवनिरूपण-प्रसङ्गे नक्तभोजन-शिवव्रतविधिः (वार्षिक-प्रतिमास-क्रमः)

ब्राह्मणान् भोजयित्वा च श्रोत्रियान् वेदपारगान् श्वेताग्रपादं पौण्ड्रं च दद्याद्गोमिथुनं पुनः

Transliteration

brāhmaṇān bhojayitvā ca śrotriyān vedapāragān śvetāgrapādaṃ pauṇḍraṃ ca dadyādgomithunaṃ punaḥ

Translation

ਵੇਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਪੁਣ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ, ਫਿਰ ਮੁੜ ਗਾਂਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੋੜਾ ਦਾਨ ਕਰ—ਇੱਕ ਪੌਂਡ੍ਰ ਜਾਤ ਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਚਿੱਟੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ।
