वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

निशाचरः प्रेतचारी सर्वदर्शी महेश्वरः बहुभूतो बहुधनः सर्वसारो ऽमृतेश्वरः

Transliteration

niśācaraḥ pretacārī sarvadarśī maheśvaraḥ bahubhūto bahudhanaḥ sarvasāro 'mṛteśvaraḥ

Translation

ਉਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਚਰ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰੇਤ-ਗਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ; ਸਰਵਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਮਹੇਸ਼ਵਰ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁ-ਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ-ਸੰਪਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਧਨੀ; ਉਹ ਸਰਵਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਹੈ।
