Suta Goswami (narrating; inner proclamation about Satī’s birth and name)
It identifies Satī as viśvamātṛkā, establishing Śakti as inseparable from Śiva; Linga worship is thus not mere symbol-veneration but devotion to Pati together with His power of grace and manifestation.
By declaring the rise of Satī as the universal Mother, the verse implies Śiva-tattva as Pati who is never without Śakti—transcendent consciousness that also becomes immanent through His own power.
No specific ritual is prescribed in this line; the takeaway is the Shaiva Siddhanta frame for practice—approaching liberation of the paśu (soul) from pāśa (bondage) through devotion and grace mediated by Śiva-Śakti.
