आभ्यन्तरध्यान-तत्त्वगणना-चतुर्व्यूहयोगः

यस्य नास्ति सुतृप्तस्य तस्य ब्राह्मी न चान्यथा आभ्यन्तरं समाख्यातम् एवमभ्यर्चनं क्रमात्

Transliteration

yasya nāsti sutṛptasya tasya brāhmī na cānyathā ābhyantaraṃ samākhyātam evamabhyarcanaṃ kramāt

Translation

ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੱਚੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮੀ ਧਾਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਉੱਠਦੀ—ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਭ੍ਯੰਤਰ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ; ਇਸੇ ਰੀਤ ਨਾਲ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਅਭ੍ਯਰਚਨਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
