Parīkṣit’s Inquiry into Vṛtrāsura’s Bhakti and the Beginning of Citraketu’s Trial

शयानं सुचिरं बालमुपधार्य मनीषिणी । पुत्रमानय मे भद्रे इति धात्रीमचोदयत् ॥ ४५ ॥

ਬੱਚਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੁੱਤਾ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਬੁੱਧਿਮਤੀ ਰਾਣੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਤਦ੍ਯੁਤੀ ਨੇ ਧਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ— “ਸਖੀ, ਮੇਰਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਲਿਆ ਆ।”
