प्रोग्रां पीतिं वृष्ण इयर्मि सत्यां प्रयै सुतस्य हर्यश्व तुभ्यम्। इन्द्र धेनाभिरिह मादयस्व धीभिर्विश्वाभिः शच्या गृणानः

IAST Transliteration

pró ugrā́ṃ pītíṃ vṛ́ṣṇe iyarmi satyā́ṃ práyai sutásya haryáśva túbhyam | índra dhénābhir ihá mādayasva dhī́bhir víśvābhíḥ śákyā gṛṇānáḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Forth send I the mighty, the true draught for the Bull—for thy delight, O tawny-horsed, of the pressed Soma. Indra, with streaming ‘cows’ here do thou be gladdened, while praised with every hymn, with Śacī at thy side.

Translation

ਹੇ ਹਰ੍ਯਸ਼ਵ (ਪੀਲੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ) ਇੰਦਰ! ਵ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਣ (ਬਲਵਾਨ) ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਸੱਚਾ, ਪ੍ਰਬਲ ਪਾਨ-ਰਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ—ਦਬਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸੋਮ ਦੇ ਪਾਨ ਲਈ, ਤੇਰੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਵਾਸਤੇ। ਇੰਦਰ, ਇੱਥੇ ਧੇਨਾ (ਵਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ‘ਗਾਂਵਾਂ’ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਂ) ਨਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਮਦਮਸਤ ਹੋ; ਸ਼ਚੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਸਭ ਧੀ (ਸਤੁਤੀ-ਬੁੱਧੀ/ਹਿਮਨ) ਨਾਲ ਸਲਾਹਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ।
