श्यैतस्य च वै स नौधसस्य च सप्तर्षीणां च सोमस्य च राज्ञः प्रियं धाम भवति तस्योदीच्यां दिशि

IAST Transliteration

śyaítasya ca váí sá naudhásasya ca saptarṣīṇā́ṃ ca sómasya ca rā́jñaḥ priyáṃ dhā́ma bhavati tásyodī́cyāṃ díśi

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Verily he becometh a dear abode—of Śyaita and of Naudhasa, of the Seven Seers, of Soma, and of the King—his station being in the northern quarter.

Translation

ਨਿਸਚੇ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਸ਼੍ਯੈਤ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਧਸ, ਸੱਤ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ, ਸੋਮ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਾ—ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਿਯ ਨਿਵਾਸ-ਸਥਾਨ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਦਾ ਠਿਕਾਣਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
