वैरूपस्य च वै स वैराजस्य चापां च वरुणस्य च राज्ञः प्रियं धाम भवति तस्य प्रतीच्यां दिशी

IAST Transliteration

vairū́pasya ca váí sá vairājásya cā́pāṁ ca váruṇasya ca rā́jñaḥ priyáṁ dhā́ma bhavati tásya pratī́cyāṁ díśi

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Dear is he, a chosen station he attaineth, of Vairūpa and of Vairāja, of the Waters and of Varuṇa, and of the King—his in the western quarter.

Translation

ਵੈਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਰਾਜ, ਅਪਾਂ (ਜਲਾਂ) ਅਤੇ ਵਰੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਾ—ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਿਯ ਨਿਵਾਸ-ਸਥਾਨ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਦਾ ਥਾਂ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
