जनपददुर्गव्यसनयोर्दुर्गव्यसनमिति पाराशराः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२४ ॥

Transliteration

janapada-durga-vyasanayor durga-vyasanam iti pārāśarāḥ.

Translation

ਜਨਪਦ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਗ—ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਆਫ਼ਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਰਗ ਦੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ—ਇਹ ਪਾਰਾਸ਼ਰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
