Transliteration

tasyātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ਉਸ ਨਿਯਮ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ (ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਦਰਜੇ ਦਾ) ਸਾਹਸ-ਦੰਡ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ।
