तेषामूर्ध्वं पितृतो दायविभागः पितृद्रव्याणाम् ॥ कZ_०३.५.०२ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām ūrdhvaṃ pitṛto dāyavibhāgaḥ pitṛdravyāṇām

Translation

ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾ ਰਹਿਣ/ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ) ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦਾ ਵਾਰਸਤੀ ਵੰਡ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
