कर्षकस्य ग्राममभ्युपेत्याकुर्वतो ग्राम एवात्ययं हरेत् ॥ कZ_०३.१०.३५ ॥

Transliteration

karṣakasya grāmam abhyupetyākurvato grāma evātyayaṃ haret

Translation

ਜੋ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਿੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਕੰਮ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ‘ਅਤ੍ਯਯ’ (ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ/ਬਕਾਇਆ) ਪਿੰਡ ਹੀ ਵਸੂਲ ਕਰੇ।
