अरक्षितुर्वा क्षेप्तुर्वा मिथ्यादण्डमतोऽन्यथा ॥ कZ_०३.१.४१च्द् ॥
Transliteration
arakṣitur vā kṣeptur vā mithyādaṇḍam ato 'nyathā
Translation
ਜੋ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ/ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਲਈ ਦੰਡ ਹੋਰਥਾਂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਿਥਿਆ-ਦੰਡ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
