कृतकार्यविनिश्चयो ह्यभियोक्ता नाभियुक्तः ॥ कZ_०३.१.२८ ॥
Transliteration
kṛta-kārya-viniścayo hy abhiyoktā nābhiyuktaḥ
Translation
ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਲੈ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਪੱਕੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ-ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਯ ਵਾਦੀ ਕੋਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਕੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ।
