तस्मादस्य यो यस्मिन्नधिकरणे शासनस्थः स तस्य कर्मणो याथातथ्यमायव्ययौ च व्याससमासाभ्यामाचक्षीत ॥ कZ_०२.९.१९ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād asya yo yasminn adhikaraṇe śāsanasthaḥ sa tasya karmaṇo yāthātathyam āyavyayau ca vyāsasamāsābhyām ācakṣīta
Translation
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਿਸ-ਜਿਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੋ-ਜੋ ਨਿਗਰਾਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਹੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ-ਖ਼ਰਚ ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ—ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਖੇਪ—ਦੋਵੇਂ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰੇ।
