Transliteration

tatra hīnacaturguṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

ਉਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੰਡ ਚਾਰ ਗੁਣਾ (ਰਕਮ ਦਾ) ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਘਾਟ/ਦਰਜੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਘਟਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
