Transliteration

mithyāvāde steyadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ਝੂਠੀ ਗਵਾਹੀ/ਝੂਠੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਲਈ ਚੋਰੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
