Transliteration
viparyaye kārmikasya dviguṇaḥ
Translation
ਗੜਬੜ/ਬੇਤਰਤੀਬੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ (ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ) ਦੋਗੁਣੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
