Transliteration

yathāparādham iti kauṭilyaḥ

Translation

ਕੌਟਿਲ੍ਯ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ: (ਦੰਡ) ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ (ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ)।
