Transliteration

daśaguṇaḥ iti bārhaspatyāḥ

Translation

ਦੰਡ/ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਦਸ ਗੁਣਾ (ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ)—ਇਹ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਸਪਤ੍ਯ (ਬ੍ਰਿਹਸਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਯਾਈ) ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
