caturdaṇḍāntarā rathyāḥ

Translation

ਗਲੀਆਂ/ਸੜਕਾਂ (ਰਥਿਆ) ਦੀ ਚੌੜਾਈ ਚਾਰ ਦੰਡ ਹੋਵੇ।
