पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

ਗਲੀ/ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਧੂੜ/ਕੂੜਾ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਲਈ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਦੰਡ ਦਾ ਅੱਠਵਾਂ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ; ਕੀਚੜ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਵਹਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਚੌਥਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ।
