कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
ਰਾਜੀ ਮੋਹਰ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ (ਕੂਟ-ਮੁਦਰਾ) ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸਾਹਸ-ਦੰਡ ਹੈ; ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼/ਜਨਪਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਲੰਘਣ ਲਈ (ਝੂਠੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ) ਮੋਹਰ ਘੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਦੰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
